Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to merchandise and membership purchases made through Biospineflushing at biospineflushing.world.
Merchandise Returns
Physical products purchased from our gear shop may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return:
- Contact us at infocenter@biospineflushing.world with your order details.
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original condition.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Printed route guides that have been written in or marked.
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Digital products or downloadable content.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Membership Dues
Trail Supporter annual membership dues ($36/year) may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no member benefits have been used. After 14 days or after attending a member-exclusive event, dues are non-refundable. The free Community tier has no dues and requires no refund process.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for merchandise of equal value when stock is available. Contact us to request an exchange.
